Customer Happiness officer

As part of the marketing & sales team, you are the first and last contact point of our guests. You play a key role in the success of the Nutchel experience!

 

Your missions

  • Secure a high-level satisfaction by being the contact person for customers via email and telephone
  • Work with hospitality teams to ensure a smooth client experience and a peaceful HQ-site daily collaboration
  • Manage complaints and refunds
  • Support the sales and upsell
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with team members and guests

Your profile

  • You have minimum of 2-years’ experience working in Customer Service
  • You have fluent oral and written skills in Dutch, French, and English. German is considered a plus
  • You have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), as well excellent listening skills
  • You master Office 365, and have experience a PMS (property management system) or a booking system

 

Your soft skills

Junior legal officer

It's essential! You are the legal elf for the General Management of the Group, Team Leads, and Site Managers, guiding them through legal analysis in decision-making.

Your missions

  • Ensure legal prevention through analysis of existing contracts and those to be signed from partners of all kinds (goods and/or services providers, financial services, insurance, IT, construction contractors, townships and institutions, etc.)
  • Draft contracts issued by Nutchel, especially employment and commercial contracts
  • Prepare of case files in the event of litigation risk, including basic legislative and jurisprudential references
  • Be a legal support to decision-making for the leaders of different entities (Luxembourg, France, and Belgium)
  • Research and/or monitore legislation (on request) in European, Belgian, French, and/or Luxembourgish law in areas of law that regularly concern us: contract law, commercial law, social law, labor law, social security law, urban planning and environmental law, company law, administrative law, consumer protection, intellectual property, real estate law, European law, and private international law
  • Be a point of contact for specialized lawyers to whom you may turn, if necessary, for their expertise in one of the previously mentioned areas according to national and/or local law

Your profile

  • You hold a master's degree in law. An additional master's degree, specific training, or internship in one of the previously mentioned legal domains is a plus
  • You speak French and English. Dutch and/or German is a plus
  • You master legal research tools and the Office suite
  • You have excellent writing skills
  • A first experience in a company, even as an internship, is a plus

Marketing intern

You are the "Swiss army knife" of the marketing & sales team and therefore play a key part in the success of the team work!

Your missions:

  • Manage the B2B strategy and execution, including lead generation (through referrals, LinkedIn, distribution channels), sell MICE stays and liaise with the operations for the overall success of the B2B product
  • Support the product success: help the product manager and forest village managers in the implementation of the on-site run animations, communication and upsell
  • Support the marketing team in various ways: copywriting of SEO-optimized blogs, social media inputs, strategic recommendations, translation, customer support...

Your profile:

  • You’re digital-savvy, a creative soul and passioned about the tourism and event industry
  • You are result-oriented and have a feeling for sales with great communication skills and attention to details

Maintenance technician

Under the responsibility of the site manager, you act in coordination of other trades in the following missions.

 

Your missions

  • Ensure daily technical needs in the cabins and common areas
  • Ensure maintenance work for green spaces
  • Ensure the maintenance of installations for our hot tubs (filtration system, pumps, etc.), especially on check-in/out days of clients
  • Maintain and service wood-burning stoves
  • Maintain the pool and sauna facilities
  • Recommend maintenance programs and site works
  • Monitor the application of hygiene, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and rules
  • Define the human, material, and financial resources of a project, select suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, and ensure the completion of a service

 

Your profile

  • You have a degree in maintenance or a vocational diploma
  • You have skills in electricity and plumbing
  • You are required to hold a B driving license; you know how to operate construction machinery
  • Being able to communicate with and respond to a client in English or Dutch is a plus
  • You have a minimal knowledge of office tools

Receptionist

Your missions

  • Welcoming guests during check-in/out days as well as managing them during their stay
  • Providing guidance and information to the guests
  • Managing experiential services and participating in their preparation (food baskets, saunas , bicycles...)
  • Crisis-solving and of guest dissatisfaction by identifying and implementing on-site solutions
  • Handling the on-call telephone outside of opening hours (in turns with other teammates)

Your profile

  • You have at least 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry and in managing a sales center.
  • You are familiar with property management systems and hospitality techniques
  • Being proactive, having a sense of “urgency”, a problem-solving mindset, commercial acumen and interpersonal skills. These are all assets to succeed in this position, in addition to your strong interest in nature and eco-tourism .
  • In addition to English, you speak French or German. Dutch is a plus.
